Sigalarm saves thousands of lives every year with their wireless proximity alarms, but they struggled to convey their story and the importance of their product through their brand voice. Their website was not optimized for SEO and was difficult to update. Their content was dated, and didn’t fully represent their brand and products.
In order to revamp their message and brand, they would need a fully responsive website, brand clarification, ongoing collateral for events and conferences, email campaigns, lead generation, advertising and SEO content.
By emphasizing history, statistics, and their high quality products, we could strengthen the Sigalarm brand and position them as experts in their industry. We wanted to create an environment where potential customers could easily contact Sigalarm for quotes and information. Introducing convenient product features, such as wireless devices, could engage their customer base while also tying in the history of the product.
Their marketing and growth plan included a website rebuild and creation of lead lists populated by SEO and forms. It also allowed for transparency of budgeting, scope, deadlines, quality assurance improvement, and brand alignment.
Over the past year (2017), Sigalarm’s sessions increased by 326%, and their unique page views increased by 218%. The collateral and conference material we created aligned with their brand refresh and kickstarted Sigalarm’s relationship with customers at events and conferences. They received a steady flow of leads as their business became powered by content and social synchronized campaigns.
