Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a rockstar advertising professional to assist in the planning, execution (including ad buys), and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns. Understanding ad spends and noticing trends are paramount. The networks needed are facebook/instagram, linkedin, google, bing, and twitter at minimum. Any additional network advertising experience is a plus!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Formulate tactics to full-fill strategies to form connections with consumers (both in B2B and B2C relationships)
  • Create online ads through Google Ads, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, Linkedin, and Twitter to achieve goals and meet KPIs (for example, increase brand awareness, successful ROI, etc.)
  • Plan and support the creative team in SEO efforts (keyword research, image optimization, backlink analyses, and online citations)
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts to include trend spotting and opportunities for brands
  • Monitor and support team members engagement for client and agency presence on various networks and platforms
  • Maintain Annual Google Ads Certifications
  • Maintain HubSpot Certifications
  • Collaborate with Business Team leads to support in hitting goals for quarterly and annual sales plan

Skillset:

  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C social media, SEO, and SEM
  • Experience using web analytics tools and conversion tools (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics)
  • Attention to detail and clear mindset for critical thinking
  • Innate sense of urgency for hitting all deadlines
  • Experienced in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides (Microsoft is also fine, but not required)
