The copywriter works with our creative team in delivering excellent campaign, content and editorial projects. The projects can range from web sites to ad campaigns, and conference material to other marketing material … and everything in between. All final deliverables will have an expectation of polish and creativity that aligns with the brand. We have a high standard for our work and the brands and organizations. They are our partners. You must be willing to work with senior creative and project leads to ensure copy tone and style are consistent with visual tone and style. Also, working from creative briefs and with other creative team members to translate concepts into effective copy concepts or text is a daily adventure.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in creative ideation, strategy and brainstorming when needed
  • Translate creative concepts into compelling copy and content
  • Understand and maintain clients’ brand requirements, goals, and objectives while pushing creative boundaries
  • Collaborate with and inspire other writers
  • Work closely with project managers and creative leads to understand timing and deliverables
  • Fearlessly take on deadlines by hitting every production schedule and at times allowing more time for polish


  • 2+ years working at a digital agency, advertising agency, or marketing firm
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating writing skills and attention to detail
  • English, Journalism or Communications degree or diploma (related fields are fine)
  • A solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles;
  • Ability to multitask
  • Self-critical. Yet, willingness to love the QA team
  • Contributors attitude to strategic planning, campaign development and creative brief execution
  • Desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a fast paced, creative agency and collaborative environment
